These are the outcomes we aspire to in our organisational passion programs. All of our programs are designed to transform the power of passion into magnificent projects, amazing results, and connecting individuals with themselves and others, both within the organisation and outside. Based on 15 years of development, research and practice, our programs are an integrated suite designed to empassion all or any part of an organisation with varying degrees of intensity.
Why introduce passion to my organisation?
- In the trail blazing book, “Good to Great”, Jim Collins’ research team identifies great companies and what makes them tick. The ‘Hedgehog model’ reveals that the first attribute for great companies is passion – great companies do what their employees are passionate about rather than trying to make them passionate about their work. In his own words;
“Good to great companies did not say ‘ok folks, let’s get passionate about what we do’ sensibly, they went the other way entirely; ‘we should only do the things we can get passionate about’.”
- It’s well known amongst web developers that one of the perks of working for Google is that you get to spend 20% of your time on whatever interests you (a concept called ‘Innovation Time Off’). This freedom to explore passions keeps developers happy and has yielded some innovative, not to mention profitable, new products for the company. Google is powered by passion and every time they advertise a new career position they receive over 130 applications.

Many people have written about the impact of passion but it is only Passion Maps that has developed the technologies to enable small and large-scale empassioning of organisations. Passion Maps™ offers a diverse range of programs and services that are tailored individually to an organisation’s needs:
Executive Passion Map Coaching is a tailored program including a Executive Passion Map and structured modules that include leadership style, career aspiration, re-energising, leaving a legacy and passionate goal setting. The Executive PM Coaching includes 5 or more sessions.

Personal Passion Map Coaching is a tailored coaching program with a minimum of 3 Personal Passion Mapping sessions.

Passion Fundamentals is an ideal introduction for organisations to start their empassioning journeys. This introductory workshop on passion, the power of passion and using passion in career and business success is both informational and experiential.
Duration: Half day Number(s): Up to 50 people
The Executive Partnership Passion Map program is an Executive Relationship Passion Map program that enables two individuals to realise together the power of their passion in their partnership and work together. We commonly conduct executive partnership programs for Chairman/CEO, CEO/Executive, Executive/Executive Assistant and Executive/Executive.
Duration: Half – whole day Number(s): 2 people
The Business Partnership Passion Map program is a Business Relationship Passion Map program that enables two individuals to realise together the power of their passion in their business partnership and work together. We commonly conduct business partnership programs for Chairman/CEO, CEO/Executive, Executive/Executive Assistant and Executive/Executive.
Duration: Half – whole day Number(s): 2 people
The Spirit of Partnership workshop focuses on using the power of passion in sales, promotional and other client facing relationships. This workshop builds on the Passion Fundamentals workshop by looking at the applications of passion to client facing relationships. The Spirit of Partnership workshop is ideal for sales teams, communications, marketing and promotion.
Duration: Half – whole day Number(s): Up to 50 people
The Executive Team Passion Map program is designed specifically for existing and newly formed executive teams. This program inspires the group to come together with passion and authenticity to create a coherent sense of shared identity and purpose. The focus of the program is on understanding each other’s passions, how they can best support each other, creating a Team Passion Map to work from and developing a strategy based on their on their Team Passion Map.
Duration: Half – whole day Number(s): 3 – 12 team members
The Team Passion Map program is designed specifically for existing and newly formed teams. This program inspires the group to come together with passion and authenticity to create a coherent sense of shared identity and purpose. The focus of the program is on understanding each other’s passions, how they can best support each other, creating a Team Passion Map to work from and developing a strategy based on their on their Team Passion Map.
Duration: Half – whole day Number(s): 3 – 12 team members
Team Passion workshops inspire people to come together with passion and authenticity to create a coherent sense of shared identity and purpose. By aligning passions and priorities teams are able to achieve initiatives beyond what seems possible.
Duration: Half – whole day Number(s): Up to 50 people
The Passion Bombora program is designed for existing senior management teams or a group of people around an issue or key area of interest. This program enables the group to co-create coherent action based on the passions of the people. A collective Passion Map is created and an agenda is developed based on the groups’ passions and collective intelligence. Passion Bomboras have been used for business development, women’s leadership, cross-cultural programs and generating strategic initiatives and actions.
Duration: 2-3 days Number(s): 8-25 people
The Passion Café provides a space for people to connect via their passions around a specific question or set of interests and refine their intentions and aspirations. It also provides a powerful networking opportunity. The Passion Café is highly suitable, for example, for conferences or gatherings where people might share a common focus but not yet have shared identity, purpose or initiatives and might not even want to create them.
Duration: 2-3 hours Number(s): Up to 300 people
The Passion Salon workshop provides a space for people who perhaps wish to or already share an identity and common purpose and aspire to develop some co-creative initiatives via their passions around a specific question/s or set of interest. The Passion Salon is highly suitable, for example, for strategic conversations within and between organisations.

Passion Maps aims to deliver only magnificent programs for clients.
